For flat-fee engagements, we offer interest-free payment plans that can help with your budget. We simply ask for a small deposit, followed by monthly payments until the flat fee amount is paid in full. The best part about this is that we start working on your case right away!

For hourly engagements at our law firm, we ask for a low initial trust deposit to help with your budget. We simply ask for a replenishment, twice a month. This allows us to start working on your case right away without the need to pay a large retainer upfront.

We also offer financing through Affirm.  Affirm flexible payment options offer clients the ability to pay over time, giving them control, convenience, and increased purchasing power. Please note Affirm financing is only available to individual clients and is not available to entity clients who would use Affirm financing for business or commercial purposes.

A: Depending on the type of case, we may be able to offer you a free consultation.

A: If you do not have transportation to our office, we would be happy to schedule an over-the-phone consultation. We also have video-conferencing capabilities.

For flat-fee engagements, we offer a 20% discount if the fee is paid. In addition, we offer monthly promotions in different practice areas. For police, fire, military, Sussman Law Firm gives $100 off a client’s first monthly statement.
