Cristian Morales

Cristian Alberto Morales is a seasoned bilingual (Spanish and English) legal professional with over two decades of diverse experience in the financial and legal sectors. He earned his Bachelor of Laws in 2022 from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (Ecuador) and pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Penn State Law-The Pennsylvania State University graduating in 2024. He is originally from Ecuador where he used to practice law.

Cristian began his career in the financial sector as a Credit Analyst at Banco Promerica, S.A. in Ecuador. He then took on roles such as Credit Representative at Cooprogreso and Senior Credit Officer at Banco General Rumiñahui, developing skills in credit analysis, portfolio management, and customer relations.

In 2009, Cristian founded CM Promociones, focusing on the importation and commercialization of high-quality Chinese products. His entrepreneurial spirit later led him to establish Morales & Asociados S.A.S., where he served as CEO and Lawyer, providing comprehensive legal advice in family law, labor law, constitutional law, and immigration law.
